Mentor and coach the Learner Contracting Companies in the procurement of material, plant and all required resources in fulfilling the desired mandate of the Client.

Implement a Total Quality Management approach in managing the contractor by monitoring performance, assessing outcomes, recommending strategic intervention, deliberate findings in liaison with the contractor and encourage forward progression through implementing best practice.

Continuous meetings with senior management are held with the contractor and these are documented, with progress continually monitored.

Day to day planning, control and leading the project simultaneously with all other projects related activities, effectively and efficiently, so that each will achieve its approved objectives.

Providing a structured approach to managing the projects and directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality and participant satisfaction.
